Booking Policy

Booking Policy for Online Towing Service 1. Service Availability: Towing services are available 24/7, subject to location and weather conditions. Service times may vary depending on demand and traffic. 2. Booking Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your booking is processed. Please ensure that all contact details are correct during booking. 3. Payment Policy: Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service type. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or online payment platforms. Any additional charges, such as extra mileage or special service requests, will be communicated before the service begins. 4. Cancellations and Changes: Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the service time without a fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. In the case of rescheduling, availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee immediate service. 5. No-Show Policy: If the customer is not present at the agreed-upon location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking may be considered a no-show, and a fee may apply. 6. Service Area: Our towing service covers specific areas. Please ensure that your pick-up and drop-off locations are within the covered zones. Additional charges may apply for services outside standard zones. 7. Vehicle Condition: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle is accessible for towing. If the vehicle is locked, blocked, or inaccessible, the service may be delayed or canceled. 8. Special Requests: If you have special requests such as long-distance towing, towing for specialty vehicles (e.g.RVs), or non-standard vehicles, please inform us during the booking process to ensure we can accommodate your needs. 9. Safety and Liability: The safety of your vehicle is our priority. However, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or issues that arise due to incorrect information provided during booking. 10. Emergency Services: For emergency towing services, bookings are expedited as much as possible. Please indicate that it's an emergency during the booking process for faster processing.
